Please read these SMS Terms and Conditions carefully. By opting in to receive text messages from Camlea Realty LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not opt-in to our text messaging program.

1. Program Description and Purpose

Camlea Realty LLC uses SMS text messaging strictly to provide client care, transaction support, and operational communications regarding residential and commercial real estate services. Message types include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Property showing coordination and scheduling updates

  • Transaction, contract, and closing-related updates

  • Customer support replies and administrative follow-ups

We do not send marketing, promotional, or broadcast advertising messages via text.

2. How to Opt-In (Consent)

Users must explicitly opt-in to establish an SMS relationship with us. You can provide consent by:

  • Checking the optional, unchecked SMS opt-in checkbox next to the phone number field on our digital web form (https//camlearealty.com/contact-1).

  • Signing or providing explicit written consent on our physical or digital client onboarding intake documentation.

Consent is entirely voluntary. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any real estate brokerage, property management, leasing, or advisory services from Camlea Realty LLC.

3. Cost, Fees, and Frequency

  • Cost: Camlea Realty LLC does not charge subscribers to receive text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier according to your mobile data plan.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your active transaction lifecycle, the volume of your inquiries, or the scheduling needs of your active real estate searches.

4. How to Opt-Out (Cancellation)

You have total control over your messaging preferences and can cancel the SMS service at any time.

  • To stop receiving text messages from Camlea Realty LLC, reply STOP to any text message we send you.

  • You may also send individual opt-out keywords including QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

  • Upon receipt of an opt-out keyword, our platform will process the removal immediately and send you exactly one final automated text message confirming that you have been successfully unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate consent.

5. How to Get Help or Support

If you experience technical issues or need assistance with our text messaging program:

  • Reply HELP or INFO to any message you receive.

  • Call our designated support line directly at (561) 291-7700 during support hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm ET).

6. Carrier Limitation of Liability

Delivery of information and text messages is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile network operator. Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Broadvoice downstream partners) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your mobile data and interactions are highly protected. All customer data collected through our SMS program is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data, user consent, and phone numbers will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
